Rajmohan Jha has been conferred top honour Prabodh Samman of Maithili Language on February 22 2009 in a ceremony at Vidyapati Bhavan, Patna. The programme began at 4 PM. Sri Bhimnath Jha, UdayaNarayan Singh, Vijay Bahadur Singh, Abhay Narayan Singh and others graced the occasion. The award was presented by SWASTI FOUNDATION and is of one lac rupee and a memorabilia is given with the award.
