[AIMSA "Unity in Diversity"] Hindi Language

Dear Members,
        How are you all?

I am not able to understand is that why the Federal Republic of Nepal is still in confusion about what language should be used. Over a year later the Supreme Court of Nepal  declared the Vice President's oath in Hindi as illegal, though the written oath was submitted in Nepali language.

Nepal's Supreme Court's decision on the legality of the Vice President's oath— a year after it was administered—raises several questions of constitutional importance: -
1. how is it possible that someone can hold the second highest public position in Nepal illegally, according to the Supreme Court, for over a year?
2. If the Vice President's oath is indeed illegal, what about the President's role conducting the oath and the Chief Judge who allowed this to happen?
3. Is the Vice President alone responsible for that the Court found his oath illegal? What about the President and Chief Justice's duty concerning his oath?

At the swearing in ceremony, the Chief Justice was representing the entire judiciary of the country. He was not only administering the oath to the President, but also observing the oath of the Vice President administered by the President.

Supreme Court could have stopped the swearing ceremony when Vice Presidents had taken oath in Hindi.
