                                                      THIRD GENERAL MEETING OF AIMSA - BANGALORE CHAPTER.

Dear Friends,

              We are glad to inform you that the third general meeting of AIMSA - Bangalore Chapter has been held in the hostel of Padmashree Group of Institution, kengeri, Bangalore on 1st April 2009.

The meeting has been chaired by Mr. Pankaj Kumar Jha, member of AIMSA.

Following points have been discussed in the meeting:

1. All members of AIMSA should create an E-mail Id in Google group of AIMSA.
2. All members of AIMSA should check their mail at least in a week.
3. All members should reply their mail if required.
4. Members are also requested to forward their suggestions, ideas and views for AIMSA through mail.
5. Members are requested to see the site and blog of AIMSA for any information regarding the AIMSA.
6. Members are requested to form a committee for cultural program in Acharya Institute of Technology which will be held on 17th & 18th of this month.
7. Members were informed about Inter college quiz contest program, which will be organized by AIMSA shortly.
